Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and confirmation has been issued by Barcelona Y Day Trips.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all booking information provided is accurate and complete.
Barcelona Y Day Trips reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if required information is incomplete, inaccurate, or if operational circumstances prevent the tour from being delivered safely and professionally.
Booking confirmations will be provided electronically and should be reviewed carefully upon receipt.
Payments
Payment terms may vary depending on the specific tour, booking method, and timing of the reservation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be completed before the tour begins.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Barcelona Y Day Trips does not store complete credit card information on its own servers.
Any applicable taxes, fees, or additional charges will be clearly communicated before payment is requested.
Tour Inclusions & Exclusions
Each tour includes only the services, activities, transportation, and items specifically described on the relevant tour page or booking confirmation.
Any item not expressly listed as included should be considered excluded.

Date Changes
We understand that travel plans occasionally change.
Requests to change the date of a confirmed booking must be submitted in writing by email or through any official communication method provided by Barcelona Y Day Trips.
One complimentary date change may be requested more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour, subject to availability.
Additional date changes may be subject to an administrative fee.
If the requested new date is unavailable, the original booking conditions and cancellation policy will continue to apply.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Barcelona Y Day Trips offers a straightforward cancellation policy designed to provide flexibility while allowing tours to be planned and operated efficiently.
More Than 24 Hours Before Departure
Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.
Less Than 24 Hours Before Departure
Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
Medical Emergencies
If a traveler is unable to participate due to an unexpected medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Supporting documentation may be requested and exceptions may be considered at our discretion.
Cancellation by Barcelona Y Day Trips
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a tour due to operational reasons or circumstances within our control, clients will be offered either:
- An alternative date, subject to availability
- A full refund
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
No Shows
A booking will be considered a no-show if guests fail to arrive at the agreed meeting point and time without prior communication.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Guests are responsible for allowing sufficient time to reach the agreed meeting location and should carefully review all booking confirmation details before the tour date.
If unexpected delays occur, travelers should contact Barcelona Y Day Trips as soon as reasonably possible.
Traveler Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for ensuring that they are physically capable of participating in the selected tour and for assessing whether the itinerary is suitable for their individual circumstances.
Travelers are expected to follow reasonable instructions provided by the guide, respect local laws and regulations, and behave in a manner that does not negatively affect the experience of others.
Barcelona Y Day Trips reserves the right to terminate participation without refund if a guest’s behaviour creates safety concerns, significant disruption, or legal issues.
Guests remain responsible for their own personal belongings throughout the tour.
Travel Documents
It is the sole responsibility of each traveler to ensure that all required travel documents are valid and available for the countries visited during the tour.
This may include passports, visas, entry permits, vaccination records, or any other documentation required by local authorities.
Failure to present required documentation may prevent participation in a tour crossing international borders.
Barcelona Y Day Trips cannot be held responsible for denied entry, missed tours, delays, or additional expenses resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
Suitable coverage may include:

- Medical expenses
- Emergency transportation
- Baggage loss or damage
- Travel delays

Barcelona Y Day Trips is not responsible for costs arising from circumstances that would normally be covered by travel insurance.

Limitation of Liability
